Politico: Facebook investors ask company to deal with 'fake news'
Two small Facebook investors filed a shareholder resolution on Thursday formally asking the social media giant to issue a report about the impact that "fake news" is having on the company and society. Arjuna Capital and Baldwin Bros. filed the shareholder resolution in collaboration with OpenMIC, a nonprofit organization (co-founded by one of Arjuna Capital's managing partners) that works with investors on net neutrality and digital privacy issues.
