Transparency is the key to achieving gender pay equity. In the UK currently, only 45% of companies disclose gender and only 40% reveal information about race or ethnicity. Natasha Lamb, managing partner of Arjuna Capital, notes, "we've had this conversation locked up in a black box for decades."
