Financial Times: Citi reveals a gender pay gap of almost zero

The disclosure followed sustained pressure from shareholder Arjuna Capital, which last year unsuccessfully called on six Wall Street giants to provide detail on their gender pay gap. Citi is the first to comply, prompting Arjuna to drop a resolution for Citi’s next shareholders meeting that called on the board to disclose its gender pay gap and produce policies to reducing it.
