New York Times: "Facebook prevails on shareholder votes, tallies to come later"
Facebook says it has prevailed on all of its director nominees and shareholder proposals that were up for a vote at its annual meeting. However, they did not provide final tallies leaving many unclear as to what extent outside shareholders sided with Facebook and its chief executive, Mark Zuckerberg. Activist investors have been pressuring Facebook on its content regulation from hate speech to fake news. Executives indicated that they would disclose the full voting results in a few days.
